Our Leadership

Anup Sinha | FCA

Anup Sinha has been leading the tax practice of M/s Anup Sinha & Associates, Chartered Accountants, since its establishment in 2012. Along with a highly experienced team of professionals, he advises clients in India and overseas across a wide range of tax matters, including Corporate Tax, International Tax, Expatriate Tax, and Indirect Taxes (Goods and Services Tax and erstwhile Service Tax).

As a tax professional, his core areas of expertise include tax litigation and advisory services, with extensive experience in handling complex matters before various tax authorities and appellate forums.

Prior to founding the firm, Anup Sinha gained over seventeen years of professional experience (1995–2011) with leading Big Four and global professional services firms in New Delhi and Kolkata, including PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd., Deloitte Haskins & Sells, erstwhile RSM & Co., and Coopers & Lybrand. He also served as Director – Tax & Regulatory at PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2011.

Rituparna Sinha | FCA

Rituparna Sinha has been serving as the Transfer Pricing Partner at M/s Anup Sinha & Associates, Chartered Accountants, since 2012. She advises clients in India and overseas on a wide range of transfer pricing matters, supported by a dedicated team of professionals.

As a tax practitioner, Rituparna specializes in transfer pricing advisory and litigation, including compliance, documentation, benchmarking, and representation before tax authorities and appellate forums.

Prior to joining the firm, Rituparna Sinha gained valuable professional experience with leading Big Four professional services firms, including Price Waterhouse & Co. and Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where she worked extensively in the area of Transfer Pricing.
